Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy for K-12 School Outreaches: Thank you for booking an outreach from the Las Vegas Natural History Museum. To ensure a smooth and successful educational experience, please review our booking policy: 1. Booking Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed when you pay your deposit. 2. Non-Refundable Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of the total outreach program cost is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. 3. Cancellation Policy: All bookings are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for cancellations, regardless of the circumstances. 4. Rescheduling: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that require rescheduling. Requests for rescheduling must be made at least one week prior to the scheduled outreach date, and will be confirmed at the discretion of LVNHM staff. A rescheduling fee of $10 may apply. 5. Inclement Weather: In the event of severe weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control that may affect the safety of the outreach program, the Las Vegas Natural History Museum reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the program. In such cases, every effort will be made to accommodate your school on an alternative date or time, subject to availability. 6. Participant Count: Please ensure that the number of participants in your school group matches the number specified at the time of booking. No more than 60 students per hour please. 7. Payment: Full payment for the outreach program is required at least one week prior to the scheduled outreach date. Failure to submit full payment by the specified deadline may result in cancellation of the booking without refund. By proceeding with the booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms of our non-refundable booking policy.
