Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy: Thank you for booking a private tour at the Las Vegas Natural History Museum! To ensure the smooth operation of our tours and to accommodate all guests, please carefully review our non-refundable booking policy: 1. Booking Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed when you pay your deposit. 2. Non-Refundable Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the minimum tour cost ($50) is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. This deposit will be applied towards the total cost of the tour. 3. Cancellation Policy: We understand that plans may change unexpectedly. However, please note that all bookings are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for cancellations, regardless of the circumstances. 4. Rescheduling: While bookings are non-refundable, we understand that rescheduling may be necessary in certain situations. Requests for rescheduling must be made at least one week prior to the scheduled tour date, and will be confirmed at the discretion of LVNHM staff. A rescheduling fee of $10 may apply. 5. No-Shows: Failure to arrive for the scheduled tour within five minutes of the scheduled start time, without prior notice, will result in forfeiture of the entire tour fee. No refunds or rescheduling options will be provided for no-shows. 6. Inclement Weather: In the event of severe weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances that may affect the safety of the tour, the Las Vegas Natural History Museum reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the tour. In such cases, every effort will be made to accommodate your group on an alternative date or time, subject to availability. 7. Group Size: Please ensure that the number of participants in your group matches the number specified at the time of booking. Additional participants may be accommodated subject to availability and will incur additional charges of $5 per person. Group sizes are limited to 30 guests. 8. Payment: Full payment for the private tour is required at least one week prior to the scheduled tour date. Failure to submit full payment by the specified deadline may result in cancellation of the booking without refund. By proceeding with the booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms of our non-refundable booking policy.
