Museum Rental Request Form

Thank you for your interest in renting the museum for your event. Please note the following important information before submitting your request:

Rental costs will vary based on the number of attendees, the portion of the museum requested, and the total time reserved.
All rentals include a $250 refundable cleaning deposit.
Submitting this form does not guarantee your reservation. If the museum can accommodate your request, a Facility Rental Agreement will be sent for review and signature. Your event is not officially confirmed until this agreement is fully signed.

Facility Guidelines

Please keep in mind the following facility guidelines:

There is no kitchen on the premises.
Open flames are not permitted, with the exception of small burners used for chafing dishes.
Red wine is not allowed.
Smoking is prohibited inside the museum.

We appreciate your cooperation in helping us preserve a safe and welcoming environment for all guests.
