About the Event
Early Explorers: The Food Web helps young scientists answer big nature questions like “Who eats who?” and “What happens when one part of an ecosystem changes?” Through an engaging, age-appropriate introduction, participants will learn about food chains and food webs and how energy is transferred from one living thing to another.
After learning together, children will create their own food web craft to reinforce the concept in a hands-on, visual way—perfect for continuing the conversation at home.
Designed for learners 8 years and younger.
Included with museum admission or membership. Supplies are limited; first come, first served.
