Bring educational fun to your students this school year and book a field trip to the Las Vegas Science & Natural History Museum!
Please complete this form regarding your field trip request at the Las Vegas Science & Natural History Museum. Field trip requests are booked on a first-come-first-served basis. Our field trip calendar fills up quickly; we highly recommend submitting your request as soon as possible. Please note that filling out this request form does not confirm your spot on our field trip calendar.
A representative from LVSNHM’s Education Department will reach out to you within 5-7 business days to confirm the date of your field trip and any other details necessary to hold your spot.

Terms & Conditions
Attendance Confirmation:
Teachers attending a field trip at the Las Vegas Science & Natural History Museum must confirm attendance as requested by museum staff. Emails containing information and required action items will be sent several weeks before the scheduled field trip. Failure to respond to these emails will result in the date being forfeited to another school on the waitlist.

I understand that I must respond to emails from the Museum to confirm my field trip date and maintain my booking. Failure to respond may result in my booking being forfeited to another school.*
I understand that if I need to cancel my field trip, I must provide at least six weeks’ notice to allow the Museum to reassign the date to another group.*
I understand the minimum and maximum capacities for field trips. If groups show with lower than the minimum amount day of, field trip might be subject to cancellation.*
I understand that all chaperones must sign the Chaperone Agreement Form prior to the field trip. If chaperones do not agree they will be refused entry to the Museum.*
I understand that teachers and chaperones are responsible for student behavior. Chaperones must facilitate a positive learning experience for the students and help manage the group to ensure participation and collection safety.*
I understand that completing a feedback survey is a requirement for participating in a field trip, as it helps fulfill grant obligations that make these trips possible.*
I understand that this form is a request for a field trip at The Las Vegas Science & Natural History Museum. I understand that I will not be booked for a field trip until museum staff contact me to officially confirm a placement for the 2026-2027 school year. *
I understand that failure to comply with these terms and conditions may result in cancellation of my field trip.
