About the Event
Learn about Islamic holidays and traditions with guest Rania Hammoudeh, with a special focus on the cultural significance of giving. In this family-friendly program, participants will explore the practice of charity jars and how they reflect important values in many Muslim communities. Guests will then create and decorate their own charity jar to take home as a reminder of generosity and community care.
This program is recommended for all ages.
Included with museum admission or membership. Craft supplies are limited; first come, first served.
