During Día de los Muertos, we remember and honor loved ones who have died. Join us for a kid-friendly storytime about this important holiday, then stay after to create a themed craft to take home. Designed for learners 6 and younger; included with admission or membership. Supplies are limited.

About the Event
Early Explorers: Día de los Muertos Storytime introduces young learners to the meaning of Día de los Muertos in an age-appropriate, welcoming way. Through a fun storytime and guided conversation, children will learn how families and communities remember and honor loved ones who have passed, and how this holiday celebrates love, memory, and connection.
After the story, participants will create a Día de los Muertos–themed craft to take home, supporting fine motor skills and giving families a meaningful way to continue the conversation.
Designed for learners 6 years and younger.
Included with museum admission or membership. Supplies are limited; first come, first served.
