About the Event
Early Explorers: Pumpkin Jack Storytime invites young learners to follow the pumpkin’s journey from seed to jack-o’-lantern—and beyond! Through an engaging, age-appropriate storytime, children will learn about the life cycle of pumpkins, how they grow, and what can happen after Halloween when pumpkins start to break down and return to the earth.
This interactive program encourages listening, observation, and curiosity, while connecting a familiar fall tradition to real science in a playful, welcoming environment.
Designed for learners 6 years and younger.
Included with museum admission or membership. Supplies are limited; first come, first served.
