You're invited to an enlightening talk featuring Dr. Theodore S. Gonzalves, curator at the Smithsonian's National Museum of American History. Delve into the rich tapestry of Asian Pacific American experiences through the lens of innovation and invention, as showcased in Dr. Gonzalves' latest book, .Smithsonian Asian Pacific American History, Art, and Culture in 101 Objects

Learn about remarkable artifacts from the national collection, including An Wang’s LOCI-2 electronic calculator, and one of the nation’s largest meteorites discovered in the Drum Mountains of Utah. Dr. Gonzalves will share captivating stories and offer unique insights into their historical significance and cultural impact.
