Gallery Ambassador (Gallery Docent)

As a gallery ambassador (also known as a gallery docent), you are the welcoming face for our guests that explore the different galleries. Your presence in the gallery keeps it from being abused and mistreated. Should you happen to see any damage or hazards for guests, there is a clipboard to report your concerns. We ask that you also keep the gallery tidy meaning:

1) if you see trash, we have a broom and scoop to collect it (don't pick anything up with your hands)

2) if your gallery has a sandbox or play sand, please sweep up the area to prevent it from becoming a slip hazard.

3) if the cases or glass in your gallery has fingerprints, please use a dry paper towel to clean them.

4) in times of flu season or colds, we will ask for help disinfecting interactives using a bleach/water mix to keep you…
