Gallery ambassadors help maintain the galleries, interact with guests, participate with specimen tables, etc. Please don't hesitate to ask questions! You would be a gallery ambassador (docent) or assist with Harmony in Diversity Event!

About the Event
As a gallery ambassador (docent), you have the option to engage with visitors in a single room or circulate between rooms. Respond to visitors' inquiries about the museum or galleries. Inform them about upcoming events. Assist in keeping the galleries clean, particularly around the sandbox displays, as they can be a safety hazard, and report any damages or issues to a staff member.
Please Note - Harmony in Diversity Event at the museum would be occurring on the same day. If you prefer to volunteer as a Gallery Ambassador (Docent) instead of Special Event Activity Tables / Education Programs - Note in Sign In Binder. Please do not hesitate with any questions or concerns!
