About the Event
Join us for National Fossil Day on October 15 and step into the world of ancient life! Enjoy a fossil-themed storytime, participate in interactive fossil activities, and get a behind-the-scenes look at the Richard A. Ditton Learning Lab, where you can see what our staff paleontologist and students are working on. It’s a day full of discovery and fun for fossil enthusiasts of all ages.
Schedule:
10:30 AM – 10:45 AM: Fossil Story Time
11:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Fossil Activity
1:00 PM – 2:00 PM: Fossil STEM Activity
The Richard A. Ditton Learning Lab will be open for viewing throughout the day.
