Indigenous cultures are vibrant, deeply rooted, and continuously evolving. How do stewardship, distinct knowledge systems, community, and creativity carry forward across generations? We invite Indigenous artists and creators to share their unique perspectives on what is preserved, transformed, reclaimed, or envisioned for the future. We honor your voices and the enduring strength of your heritage.

Artwork Guidelines

● Maximum size: 80” x 30” x 78”

● No video submissions

Call to Artist Opens: Thursday, 09/10/2026

Call to Artist Closes: Sunday, 10/18/2026 11:59 PM

Notifications Issued: Monday, 10/19/2026 - Wednesday, 10/21/2026

Drop-off Artwork: Thursday, 10/22/2026 - Sunday, 10/25/2026 (between 9:00am - 4:00pm PST)

Exhibition Dates: Wednesday, November 4, 2026 - Sunday, November 24, 2026

Pick up Artwork: Tuesday, 12/01/2026 - Sunday, 12/06/2026 by 4:00PM each day

Any artwork remaining at the Museum after 12/06/2026 will automatically become property of the Museum, as noted in the temporary loan agreement.
