The Las Vegas Science & Natural History Museum is honored to be selected as one of three Las Vegas nonprofits to receive a $75,000 grant from Cox Charities. Presented at the museum by Cox employees, this generous support will help expand STEM learning opportunities for students and families across Southern Nevada.

Las Vegas Science & Natural History Museum now participates in Museums for All, offering $5 admission for SNAP EBT cardholders starting December 1. This initiative expands affordable access to science and natural history experiences and coincides with the annual “A December to Remember” holiday exhibition, making museum visits more accessible for Southern Nevada families.

At the Las Vegas Science & Natural History Museum, rescued guinea pigs Concha and Flan are more than adorable animals—they’re ambassadors. Adopted from The Animal Foundation, they help children and families learn about empathy, responsibility, and the natural world. This Giving Tuesday, your gift supports Critter Care: providing food, bedding, enrichment, and expert husbandry for Concha, Flan, and all the animals who inspire our community every day.
